Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. (The 10 day return policy does not pertain to banjos. Their warranty is listed in the last paragraph).

All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition with all original packaging.

No returns accepted for DVDs, Books, Videos or CDs unless defective. These will be replaced with the same title only.

Software IS NOT returnable once opened or installed. We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect. If the product you purchased from us should develop such a fault within 30 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money.

All banjos are under the warranties of the banjo makers. Most have unlimited life-time warranties to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for an unlimited amount of time. Instruments which are refused and sent back are subject to shipping costs and a 15% restock fee.

The 15% restocking fee also applies to gig bags and hard cases returned in saleable condition.
