Customer Testimonial:

APPEARANCE: What can I say, shield your eyes and look at it: It's crazy gorgeous. Some may think it's a bit much, but this one won't get confused with the others in the crowd, and a Banjo should have a little flash to it. Of course, I'm not complaining, but now  I'll just have to practice harder to make it sound as good as it looks. With this instrument, I'll be looking forward to that!

SERVICE and SOUND: I told Angie I'd played a Gibson Granada Golden Flying Eagle at a shop (about $5,500), and amazingly, the RK-99 has simliar looks, but also sounds just like that; classy, elegant, very clear  sound without being overwhelming or harsh, and the Tone Ring in here makes this thing ring long, clear and beautiful, right up to the top of the neck.

You don't have to hit these stings hardly at all, and it just sings. So, I got the Granada sound and got to keep $3,500 as well! (Oh, it looks better than the Gibson as well, of course).

Wil Huckabay set mine up, including 5th string spikes, and it was great to go right out of the box when I got it. I like the action nice and low, so it's effortless to play anywhere on the fretboard. Thanks again Wil. I like the strings and Katz Eye bridge that came with this as well. Oh, and it comes with the Recording King case which is excellent.

I'm fairly new to playing the banjo, but playing this is such a pleasure, so I can play hours per day. Careful; don't forget to go to work and do your errands once you have this Banjo.

Thanks to Angie and Wil both for helping me with my many questions and service and wonderful shoping experience. This makes a big purchase a real pleasure. Joe Traudt
