Since Wil Huckabay wrote his first book, "Building Blocks for Bluegrass Jamming - the Cut n Paste Method," Vol.1, he's been asked over and over again when his second book would be completed. Well after almost 2 years, we're happy to say "it's here."
For those who bought Vol. 1, you won't be disappointed with Volume 2. It includes 11 new songs along with more flavourful
licks. (including 5 pages of "new" lick cards).
Volume 2 is more advanced than Volume 1 and takes the student to the next step in creating interesting melodic breaks to their favorite jam tunes quickly.
As in book 1, Wil includes his own breaks for each song which he created from the new licks in the book.
The CD has over 79 tracks which includes all the licks and the songs, plus, playalong tracks for each song.
There's also a "Special Licks" page with some favorite licks by Pete Wernick, John McEuen, Tom Adams, Tony Trischka, Terry Baucom and Alan Munde.
